As providers, we hold space for others every day — listening deeply, tending to emotion, and offering steady presence. But in the midst of supporting so many, it’s easy to lose connection to our own center. This practice is an invitation back to yours.
In this 45-minute somatic flow, you’ll gently return to your body’s innate wisdom through breath-led movement, soft bouncing, rhythmic swaying, grounded sequences, and intuitive rest. With Margaux’s guidance, you’ll engage practices that support nervous system regulation, encourage embodied presence, and offer space to release what you’ve been holding — physically and energetically.
There is nothing to perform. Nowhere to strive. Just a chance to soften, recalibrate, and remember what it feels like to be at home in yourself. Come expecting grounding. Come open to play. Leave with a sense of deep, embodied restoration.
After class, stick around for casual mingling and connection with fellow mental health and wellness professionals.
