As providers, we hold space for others every day — listening deeply, tending to emotion, and offering steady presence. But in the midst of supporting so many, it’s easy to lose connection to our own center. This practice is an invitation back to yours.
In this fully-guided 45-minute gentle yoga flow, you'll gently return to your body's innate wisdom through breath-led movement, nervous system nourishing practices, and intuitive rest. Join us as we co-create a space to soften, recalibrate and remember what it feels like to be at home in yourself. Expect grounding, playfulness, and a sense of embodied restoration. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat!
After class, stick around for casual mingling and connection with fellow mental health and wellness professionals.
